Hi, I'm an Architect working on a big Animal Care Facility in Goleta, California, near Santa Barbara. We are looking for a manufacturer of overhead pivot doors, 10'6" x 10'6" that can be custom designed to fit both louvered and glazed panels. The location of the pivot would be 1/3 the distance from the top of door. This is a single pivot door, not a bi-fold, but you look like the type of company that may be able to provide different custom assembly options. If you think that this door type is within your capability, I'd love to set up a Zoom meeting to share details and receive feedback. Our architecture firm is currently working on a single family home located in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles, California. We are looking into installing a bifold door in the garage with the intent of saving some head space being that the existing garage is not too ample. The garage opening/door has a height of 7' and a length of 18', and it would basically be a porous lattice (can send a concept image via email).

i have a small garage door....new construction. 16 x 8 tall. i want a door that also makes a little shade. and i don't want all the roll up door overhead stuff in my garage. can you quote the materials and frame for a hydraulic door in California? i have a wood that i will put on the door myself with my contractor to match teh front of my house. can you help?

We have a client we are quoting a new Jet Center hanger building in Stockton California. The door requirements are 110' wide clear x 30' tall clear. Good Morning, A few years ago I requested a price quote for a strap conversion kit for a 40'x 17' bi-fold door. If it helps the bid # is 2186-HMP. I would like to get an updated quote for the same size door as we are almost ready to get our hangar doors updated at this point. We are now moving forward on updating 8 hangar doors from cable to strap systems in California. Thank you
